TK-Q8602 Precision CNC hydraulic slicing machine

Scope of Application:

This machinery is mainly used for cutting rubber sheets into standard strip shapes after the mixing and sheeting process, in preparation for the subsequent vulcanization molding.

1、The width of the rubber sheet is ≤600mm, and the cutting strip width ranges from 0.1~600mm (the upper limit can be adjusted according to customer requirements);

2、The feeding length and speed are adjustable, with a cutting thickness of 0-30mm (for higher requirements on the length accuracy of the cut material, it is recommended to use the fully computerized feeding mode);

3、The cutting force of the material is 6000N;

4、External dimensions: Length 1500mm * Width 980mm * Height 1500mm.
