Scope of Application:

It’s primarily used after the rubber mixing and sheeting process, for cutting into standard strip shapes to facilitate subsequent vulcanization molding.

1、The width of the rubber sheet is ≤580mm, and the cutting strip width ranges from 0.1~500mm (the upper limit can be adjusted according to customer requirements), with a thickness of ≤15mm (for rubber);

2、The cutting speed is 90 cuts /min (using a new type of stepper motor with touch screen control);

3、Power supply: AC380V, 50HZ, main motor power is 2.2KW;

4、External dimensions: Length 1360mm * Width 1000mm * Height 960mm;

5、Weight: 800KG.
