CHINAPLAS 2026, held April 21–24 at Shanghai’s NECC, has come to an end. It’s our pleasure to meet lots of friends, both new and old. At Tyrkaid , we also proudly showcased our rubber processing machinery:
- Our 3L High-Intensity Fluororubber Internal Mixer drew strong interest for its advanced rotor design and precision temperature control—ideal for demanding FKM compounds. As for lab machine, we have achieved a 1:1 replication of the compounding performance of industrial pilot-scale machines. This is beneficial for the later large-scale production.
- Our 9-inch Rubber Mixing Mill demonstrated reliable performance for rubber compounding and sheeting operations. The roller distance can be achieved to 0.5mm depends on the customer demand. Even it’s a mainstream model, Tyrkaid has its own design and the stable quality.
- The 12-inch Silicone Rubber Mixing Mill, with specialized roll treatment and variable speed drives, addressed the unique challenges of silicone processing. What’s more, the automatic feeding machine can largely reduce the labor without sacrifice in quality.
The show confirmed that smart manufacturing and automation are reshaping the industry. Our PLC-controlled internal mixers and automated mills are well-positioned to meet this growing demand. We also observed strong interest in energy-efficient rubber machinery as sustainability becomes a top priority.
